Shipping & Installation
Every Panthor system is individually manufactured and prepared for its destination. From access requirements to final positioning, we aim to make the process as seamless and straightforward as possible.
UK Delivery
Panthor systems are delivered throughout the United Kingdom.
Each delivery is arranged directly with the customer to ensure suitable access, timing and installation requirements are fully understood before dispatch. Typical lead times are 8–12 weeks depending on specification and current production schedules.
International Delivery
Panthor can be supplied worldwide.
Whether destined for a private residence, boutique studio, yacht, offshore installation or commercial environment, international shipments are coordinated on a project-by-project basis. Export documentation and specialist shipping requirements can be discussed during consultation.
White Glove Installation
Professional installation will be arranged as part of your project.
Our installation partners will position and assemble the system, carry out functional checks and ensure everything is operating as intended before handover.
Where appropriate, users will also receive guidance on setup and operation to ensure they can begin training with confidence.
Access Requirements
Every environment is different.
During consultation, we will discuss access routes, staircases, door openings, floor finishes and any other considerations required to ensure installation proceeds smoothly.
Photographs, floor plans or video walkthroughs can often assist with planning.
If required, alternative delivery and assembly methods can be arranged.
Bolt-Down or Freestanding
Panthor can be specified either as a freestanding or bolt-down system.
Most residential and studio environments are suitable for freestanding installation. However, certain applications, movement patterns or floor constructions may benefit from a permanent fixing solution.
The most appropriate installation format will be discussed during consultation.
Floor Loading Considerations
Panthor has been engineered to provide exceptional capability within a remarkably compact footprint.
Floor loading requirements vary depending on the intended environment and whether the system is installed on ground floors, suspended floors, upper levels or marine structures.
Should structural considerations exist, we are happy to work alongside architects, builders and structural engineers to ensure the system is properly accommodated.

Health & Safety
Panthor systems are designed for strength training by competent users.
Users should:
- Ensure proper setup before use.
- Inspect attachments and moving components.
- Follow recommended exercise techniques.
- Seek professional advice where appropriate.
- Supervise minors.
- Stop use immediately if defects are observed.
Panthor accepts no responsibility for injuries arising from misuse, improper setup, unauthorised modification or use contrary to guidance.
Terms & Conditions
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Quotations
Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure production. Deposits are generally non-refundable once manufacture has commenced.
Lead Times
Lead times are estimates and may vary due to material availability or bespoke requirements.
Delivery & Installation
Access requirements are the responsibility of the customer and should be discussed during consultation.
Ownership
Ownership transfers upon receipt of full payment.
Returns
Because each Panthor system is built to order and often customised, returns are generally not accepted except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Warranty & Limited Warranties
Every Panthor system is built to exceptional standards using premium materials and precision manufacturing processes. We stand behind every machine we produce.
Frame & Structural Components
10 Year Limited Warranty
The main frame and structural components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Mechanical Components
3 Year Limited Warranty
Mechanical assemblies, guide systems and resistance mechanisms are covered against manufacturing defects.
Upholstery, Finishes & Wear Items
12 Month Warranty
Pads, coatings, handles and other wear components are covered against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Commercial Environments
Commercial, studio and multi-user environments may require tailored warranty provisions. These will be specified within your proposal.
Marine & Specialist Environments
Marine and specialist environments may require tailored warranty provisions. These will be specified within your proposal.
Support
Should an issue arise, our team will work closely with you to diagnose and resolve the problem promptly. Replacement components and technical support are available directly through Panthor.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage caused by misuse.
- Improper installation.
- Unauthorised modifications.
- Corrosion caused by unsuitable environments.
- Damage resulting from neglect or misuse.
